When i arrived in Austrailia, I was hounded with culture shock in addition to more *rules* and restrictions. It was like going from one prison facility to the next. I felt trafficked. I had worked my entire life for the experience of finally getting to meet *Chaim* – Joel’s most cherished bestie, aside from Charlie Hendlish. I was forbidden yet again from riding on a horse. Ive frequented *Griffith Park* on many occasion during my time at summer camp as well as family weekend trips. It was a non-issue to take part in that wonderful hobby. I appreciate being able to place *one leg on each side* now. My husband also loves it when I wear a *Chasity * belt when we fornicate in bed. He likes having that much power over someone just as powerful- maybe even more (if I do say so myself). 🤷

Chaim, a survivor asked me: “How is my *son*”. At the time of our long awaited meet-up, he was way into his seniority. He tried to tell me about an encounter he had with a nazi. I didnt quite understand what he was trying to express to me but I listened and was receptive to his anguish. He was so traumatized I could hear it in his voice. He gestured to his leg and told me in a trembling and shakey cadence- *they shot my leg*. I dont know much about Chaim. Joel seldom spoke about alot of what *went down* during that trying time in his life, understandably so. In later years, he told me he was open to me writing a memoir about him. I guess this blog is my way of honoring his legacy. 👋
