when the hymn arises from the ashes

there you will be

haunting my everlasting love for you

that tune I will never forget

it’s the song I sing to you

 I dance to the rhythm of it

and call out your name

I feel your presence surrounding me

the birds chirp to the echo

of my feminine pitch

no longer am I singing alone

you chyme in as well

do you remember me

in the way that you left me

a decade ago

before the catastrophe occurred?

dance with me

tussle my hair

in between your abstract fingers

those heroic hands I do miss

when we finish the waltz

it is time for us to part

heaven beckons you

and your presence vanishes

you leave

but i remember

the farewell affection that you showed to me

”I love you darling..and I always will”

two souls

one heart

your eyes meet mine

a shock of infinite connection blossoms

everything around us is just a haze

we are in a pool of ice

surrounded by drowning strangers

oblivious to the chaotic incident

that is occuring in this moment

when it is our turn to sink

into the freezing and onyx-like water

you lift me onto the platform

a selfless expression of love

two minutes became awareness

and tapping into each others souls

80 years of that vivid memory

so distant it will become

frozen in time

you are now in the depths

beneath reality

yes, you left me here

starving of your energy

from the electricity

that you empowerd me with

one moment

one stare

a glance into my essence

you unmasked me

i will forever be dismantled
