What’s the most underrated movie you’ve ever watched?
Wicker Park

Like the Jonas wedding, we had a few ceremonies because thankfully, together, we are quite the power couple (if I do say so myself). The theme was *Greek* and *Gold*. We loved it. My spouse adorned the white *kittul* which is customary for the Groom to wear at an Orthodox wedding- we consider ourselves *Traditional* but we love basking in some vintage once in a while. I wore a *Greek* tiara because im learning to embrace the fact that maybe I really do resemble a *princess* at times like various people have told me 🤷🤙😅😩🙄. Overall we had a blast.

We had our guests plant various plants in the beautiful and elegant venue we rented for the affair ❤️. The produce will be sold for an affordable price at the local farmers market. 😘

I was really flattered and proud of myself when I got promoted for different service roles. I’m thankful every day I choose which establishment I continue to work in wisely (i guess that’s the *bina* in me that chabad always raves about ;)). Being well educated certainly can enable a person to have more career options. It’s not always about a good salary though. Its important to feel comfortable and satisfied in an environment where you would be spending alot of time in. This gown was gifted to m by my amazing partner. He knows my style 😎 😉 Not my favorite color, but I totally understand a good color *scheme* when it comes to marketing. Humanities 101! Thank you LACC😉 🙏

What’s something you’ve done that you never thought you could?
Eat non kosher without the guilt! I absolutely love to explore food options that were forbidden to me since birth. Ironically, I find that alot of kosher establishments are run by corrupt folk. It’s really unfortunate. I enjoy travel that much more now. No need to act on *dietary restriction*. I’m free to eat accordingly. It has truly been blissful to say the least. Being ex orthodox is probably the best thing that I’ve ever experienced (despite the grief it entails). It makes me appreciate 😌 🙏 ☺️ seemingly minute matters of life that much more. Everytime I sit down at a Mccdonalds or a Chillis it heals a part of my soul.🌶

School production was fun! I tried out for *dance* being that it was expected id *get in*. After-all, I choreographed, studied/practiced gymnastics in my spare time. Out of the two productions that were to take place during my 4 years at BYLA, I made it to *song dance*. I was a bit disappointed but being that i can sing on key, it’s understandable why I was wanted in choir. So I did both! Im thankful I get to dance how I want to dance now. 💃
I wonder how crowded the lodge will be this year. 🤷🐍 We love ice 🧊 as aformentioned.

The last movie I watched on my DVD before leaving to the boarding school I worked my a** off to get accepted to is called *Memoirs of a Geisha*. Hands down one of the best films ive ever seen. Truly a cinematic masterpiece. I resonated alot with the protagonist. Alot of similarities in terms of relationship dynamics. Even physically- i get asked ) if I have Asian blood. The answer is yes I do. I recently found out. No im not shocked at all. 😅
My partner is definitely a diamond in the rough. He knows all about the many inpatient stays in the psych unit. He knows about everything i feel I want to discuss with him and he loves me regardless. For the past 20 years purchasing jewelry was difficult for me. Aside from the financial hardship I had endured, placing a necklace around my bare neck was challenging to say the least. I was cognizant about purchasing items that had to be secured *in the back*. Im so thankful he is not only willing to assist me in getting dressed if need be but he genuinely feels as if he is priveleged to do it. Its the little things about being in a healthy loving relationship that keeps me happy. 🥰
