We dont agree on everything but some things are *non negotiable* by us- the kitchen is geared towards Hallal certification. After doing my own research on the slaughtering of beef, i decided that the Hallel way is the *best* way. Islam tenets are especially nice to animals– beings that i have come to love over time. I wasn’t always this way. There was a chapter in my life where i wasn’t hesitant to deconstruct 🪱 in the garden. There was just something so pleasurable and satisfying about creating a clean incision right down the centre of those delicate little critters. I just loved the experience. I cant explain it. That’s why I think I love Syd Phillips. He was adept at surgically replacing body parts- his own little world in his own dark room. He would have made a great Surgeon. If I were his wife or mom, id definitely encourage him to practice medicine in relation to comprehensive matters of dissection. All limbs- you know? I love a non discriminatory Practice dont you?
